Cancellation, Refund & Returns Policy
- Physical Products (Returns): We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us at info@clippijapan.com to initiate a return.
- Experiences & Expert Services (Cancellations): Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking are non-refundable.
